We understand the trust you’ve put in us by selecting Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield to meet your needs and strive to live up to those expectations each day. We appreciate your continued understanding as we communicate some changes to our voluntary Identity Protection Program.

What’s Changing?

Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield has made the difficult decision to decommission the AllClear ID Identity Protection Program effective at the end of 2024.

Your Options

Transition to paid services: For those who’ve been utilizing the program, we want to assure you that you may transition to Identity Protection Services offered directly by AllClear ID. To that end we have worked together to offer discounted pricing of $8.50 per month for those who wish to continue utilizing AllClear ID’s award-winning service.

Let Services Expire: For those who would rather let their services end, there is no action you need to take. Your services will terminate on December 31, 2024.

Transitioning to Paid Services
If you wish to transition to paid AllClear ID services, select Enroll to begin that process by entering your payment and billing information and then complete registration.

Members who wish to transition to paid services should do so by December 31, 2024, to avoid a lapse in Identity Protection Services. Please note that to transition to paid services you will need to use a different email address or username to create your new account.
