Founder & CEO
Bo Holland has delivered innovative technology solutions to financial institutions for more than 20 years. He founded AllClear ID in 2004 and currently serves as CEO. Under his guidance, AllClear ID delivers industry-leading advisory services and guaranteed operational capacity to help businesses prepare for, respond to, and recover from data breaches. Holland and his team of customer security experts have managed three of the largest and most successful breach responses in history and have won numerous awards for outstanding customer service.
Chief Operating Officer
Since joining AllClear ID in 2007, Jamie May has managed the implementation and execution of more than 5,000 data breach responses, including one of the largest retail breaches in history and several large healthcare breaches. May is responsible for overseeing the operations of nationwide call center facilities, and under her leadership, her customer support team has been awarded a total of 24 Stevie Awards. May is a sought-after industry expert who advises Fortune 1000 companies, government agencies, and healthcare organizations on all aspects of breach preparation and response.
Chief Technology Officer
Mark Peskin is an experienced technology leader and software architect specializing in design and development of highly-scaled enterprise and cloud-based distributed systems and frameworks, particularly for applications in risk, compliance, security, identity, and big data analytics.
Prior to joining AllClear ID, Mark was Chief Systems Architect for Visa’s Risk & Authentication Programs group governing Visa-hosted applications and services for fraud risk management and cardholder authentication. Before that, Mark has held a number of senior technology leadership roles at Rapid7, PayPal, Hewlett-Packard, and Motorola. He has a Ph.D., in Electrical Engineering from University Austin at Texas and undergraduate degree in Physics from Wesleyan University.
Vice President of Global Sales, Business Development, and Partner Programs
Tom Gallo is a sales leader and team builder with nearly 30 years as a high-tech executive leader. As an expert in recruiting top talent, crafting winning go-to-market strategies, and successfully executing on competitive sales engagements, Gallo is responsible for strategically leading all of the company’s revenue generating activities. Previously, Gallo has held executive leadership roles with Performance Technology, Bay Networks, Elastic Networks, Sphere Communications, and Rackspace where he enabled client success across a variety of business segments.
Vice President of Client Services
Lisa Larson is a recognized technology thought leader who brings over 20 years of enterprise experience in technology, IT, professional services, sales engineering, and solution design. Having built teams, organizations, and new services across numerous technology areas, Larson brings her unique blend of technology expertise and passion for business results to the AllClear Reserved Response program. Prior to joining AllClear ID, Larson was the VP of enterprise services at Rackspace, where she led sales engineering and advisory services and was instrumental in helping Rackspace achieve the Leader position in Gartner’s Magic Quadrant for Managed Security Services.
Vice President of Finance
Christine Mallory is a licensed CPA with a 15-year career as a financial and operational leader. Having joined AllClear ID in 2014, Mallory oversees financial, HR, and legal operations. Previously, Mallory has held executive positions at BlueSpace Software, Patton Surgical, Evolutionary Technologies International, and Activision. At Patton Surgical, Mallory played an integral role in the successful acquisition of the company’s product line by Stryker Endoscopy. As head of finance and operations at ETI, a developer of enterprise data integration solutions, she was instrumental in the procurement of over $10M in venture capital and debt financing prior to the sale of the company in 2008.
Senior Director of Product and Technology
Barrow Hamilton leads the Product organization as Senior Director of Product and Technology. In this role, Barrow leads the teams responsible for designing and delivering innovative solutions that advance our Identity Protection Services and Response Operations Platform to meet the company’s need for scale and exceed client and customer expectations.
Prior to joining AllClear ID, Barrow held several leadership roles at Rackspace, including Senior Director of Product, where he led the product team for the company’s managed hosting line of products and helped expand Rackspace’s enterprise capabilities in hybrid cloud, virtualization, storage, network security, and support services. Prior to Rackspace, Barrow led teams at AT&T and Accenture on a variety of efforts to develop new capabilities for those companies and their clients.
Vice President of Information Security & Technology
Eric Wang is the Vice President of Information Security and Technology Services at AllClear ID, where he oversees the continued development of an innovative, robust, and secure environment throughout the organization. His primary responsibilities include providing strategic oversight and leadership in all areas of InfoSec and IT management, delivering of IT infrastructure and services, managing of information security and technology systems and compliance programs, and IT processes resource allocation, with an emphasis on safeguarding customer and company information.
Eric brings over 20 years of diverse enterprise experience in information security and technology to his work at AllClear ID
Prior to joining AllClear ID, Eric held executive leadership roles in healthcare, hosting, professional services automation, and financial services industries where he spearheaded the implementation of multiple IT and Security and Compliance initiatives to successfully complete compliance programs such as SOC 1 (SSAE 16), SOC 2, and HIPAA.
