Card Changes

Notice: We are currently updating our billing provider. As such, the self-service option for card changes is unavailable. If you wish to update your card, please follow the instructions below.

Please note for security purposes, our team will only process cancellations that have been initiated through our consumer portal.

This can be done with the following steps:

  1. Login to your AllClear ID account at (if necessary, click Forgot Password to reset your password. Enter your username which is your registered email address and click Reset).
  2. Click My Account, found in the top right corner. Note: this may not be visible on mobile devices. If not, please switch browser view from mobile to desktop from your browser settings.
  3. Click Cancel Account (grey button at the bottom).
  4. Click Proceed to confirm and deactivate your AllClear ID account.

If you have already cancelled through the portal, please be aware that it may take 5-7 days to process your cancellation. For billing-related questions please e-mail
